As Vice President and Chief Operations Officer of Financial Designs Corporation, Nino is involved in the daily operations of Financial Designs Corporation.
This includes overseeing the staff, regular consultations with all clients, personal review of all client portfolios, continuous monitoring of client investments, and reallocation of portfolios consistent with the client's risk tolerance.
Nino draws upon his years of experience in financial and estate planning to conduct financial planning seminars to employess of major California companies. He has been involved in the financial planning business since 1993.

As Client Relations Manager of Financial Designs Corporation, Vaughn is involved in the daily contact with our clients.
Vaughn uses his years of business relations management experience to schedule annual reviews, make public relations calls, and meet with clients to review their investment portfolios. He has been involved in business management since 2003.
In addition, Vaughn assists Nino with the day to day operations of the firm. An major component of the operations is the administration of the client investment database which he manages.

Greg A. Morton
Director of Compliance and Finance
Greg has worked within the affordable housing industry as the finance director of a property management company from 1995 to February of 2010. He also worked in the construction industry as a corporate officer of a large building materials distributor for 17 years. He has been with financial designs since 2010. His responsibilities include:
- Controlling the day to day finances of the company
- Organizing and maintaining the compliance
- Recordkeeping as required by all the financial industry regulators
Maria G. Morton
Operations Supervisor
Maria has been working in the financial services industry since 1995 and has been a notary public since 1998. Her responsibilities include:
- Assisting the advisors with the day-to-day operations of running the company
- Handling client service issues
- Following up on all account transactions
- Responding to electronic correspondence
- Serving as a Notary Public for the firm
Gizatta D. Law
Executive Assistant
Gizatta has been employed in Customer Service and Office Administration since 1987. Her responsibilities include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for our clients
- Answering the phones

- Preparing annual review documentation
- Preparing and sending client correspondence

Joey Gonzales
Marketing
Since 1999 Joey has worked in the financial industry including employment as an insurance agent for New York Life. His responsibilities include:

- Prospecting for new clients
- Preparing mass marketing mailings
- Overseeing preparation of marketing materials
He is a licensed insurance agent and has obtained his Associate of Arts degree from Glendale Community College.
Renée A. Law-O'Donnell
Administrative Assistant
Renée has working as an Administrative Assistant since 2003. Her responsibilities include:
- Assisting with sending out mass client mailings
- Assisting Nino with client event planning
She has obtained her Associates of Arts Degree in Visual Communications and is currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Childhood Education.
Brandon A. Morton
Marketing Assistant
Brandon has a few years of experience working as an Administrative Assistant. His responsibilities include:
- Assisting Joey in the marketing department
- Updating prospect files
- Maintaining contact information
- Sending out mass prospect mailings
Currently Brandon is attending Mt. San Antonio College pursuing his Associates Degree and he hopes to transfer to Cal Poly to obtain a Bachelor's in Psychology.
